song of the day: 'carol of the bells'
yesterday was so wonderful! i was able to just relax on the couch, drink extra coffee, go thrifting, and just be in a quiet house for a while. so delightful. i'm much less sore today and am planning to go on a wee recovery walk in a few minutes. it's nice to have a more active recovery than just laying around. gets the soreness out faster. plus the monday night football game last night was a-mayzing! i won't bore you with my football talk but it was like the best game EVER!
i do want to thank you all for your sweet comments about my race though :)
