sometimes i cook and sometimes it's awesome

k, so technically there wasn't any cooking involved in this dish, but i still had to assemble the stuff and it was still awesome.
shrimp ceviche:
medium precooked shrimp
juice about 4 or 5 limes
a bit of white vinegar
avocado
cucumber
tomatoes
white onion
cilantro
salt 
pepper
chill in fridge for at least an hour
serve with rice crackers or tortilla chips
we like to also douse it with lots of hot sauce or we make our own:

one bunch of cilantro
6 serrano peppers (or if you don't like it super spicy use jalepenos or just fewer peppers)
garlic
salt 
pepper
dash of olive oil
juice 1 lime
seriously, we eat this sauce on everything.  soooooooo good.
